3.Play & Listen Beloved Song

Play your favorite songs. Sing a song or even dancing. Let your soothing music.

Watch comedy movies, sit back, and laughing is one good way to health. Laughter stimulates the body to produce hormones that cause the brain to relax the stress.

5.Create Ritual

Create rituals that lead to comfort, such as sitting together in pairs and share a warm tea from the same cup.

6.Healthy Eating

Foods with low fat and high carbohydrates such as donuts, popcorn, pastries and cakes from rice materials, stimulating chemicals from our brain that helps soothe when under stress.

7.Fulfill Needs Soul

Take time for yourself. Sleeping or watching a romantic movie romance, reading old letters, or whatever. Let that day be free from routine.
