A recent study found that sleep deprivation can cause women to be grumpy. The couple also became victims. This is often experienced by women who had just given birth. Moreover, as a new mother a lot of new roles that make you grumpy easily.
Studies conducted by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine found that women who have trouble sleeping at night cause interactions with fewer partners and more negative. This is due to fatigue and you feel because of lack of sleep.
This research was conducted for 10 days against the couple by using an electronic diary. This electronic book is used to evaluate positive interactions (feeling supported and valued), or negative interactions (feeling neglected, and criticized).
The result, men tend to feel an increase in negative interactions that occur due to lack of sleep or insomnia partner. It is concluded that the actual lack of sleep or insomnia may have an adverse impact on marriage.
Sense of fatigue from lack of sleep can cause women to be more quick to anger and even reluctant to have sex with their partner.
However, there are various ways that can be used to treat insomnia and getting quality sleep time. The National Sleep Foundation advised to do a custom ‘clean bed’.
The trick, get up every day at the same hour, and defeat the temptation to sleep in the daytime. Avoid stimulants various beverages such as coffee, tea and bedtime routine practice for too long. Finally, create a safe sleeping environment and convenient for you. Thus, you will not experience lack of sleep or insomnia again in the evening.
